  1. Wash and cut the bhindi into small 2 inch pieces and dry on a plate for sometime..
  2. In a bowl, add curd and salt. Mix it well and add water to it. Water quantity can be adjusted according to the choice. Add the chopped onions into it..
  3. Prepare the tempering by adding the oil in a kadai and add the cumin, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies in it. Let them splutter then turn off the flame and add turmeric powder. Put this tempering to the curd mixture..
  4. Heat oil in a kadai and add the bhendi in it and fry till it turns crispy. Then remove it from oil and add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, coriander powder and mix well..
  5. Add this bhendi into the tempered curd mixture. Serve it chilled..
